1. A deposit
of 20% must be paid to confirm the booking. This payment is
non refundable.
2. Balance must be paid in full 14 days before the wedding.
3. Permission must be granted for filming at the venue i.e.
Church, Registrar's Office or other private properties. The
decision of the clergy or registrar for the positioning of
recording equipment must be respected and strictly adhered
to.
4. Zeus Productions N. Ireland cannot be held responsible
for conditions out of our control or inclement weather which
may exclude scenes.
5. Access to the venue should be made available at least one
hour beforehand.
6. Zeus Productions N. Ireland endeavor to provide coverage
of most of the guests at any event, however we cannot be
held responsible for any exclusions.
7. Prior to videoing any event Zeus Productions N. Ireland
will negotiate the customer's requirements.
8. Notification of any person(s) unwilling to appear on
camera or any members belonging to any groups who do not
wish to be videoed should be made absolutely clear
beforehand.
9. Zeus Productions N. Ireland reserves the right to use a
copy of your video for demonstration purposes unless
specifically requested otherwise.
10. The price quoted is for a maximum of seven hours filming
and inclusive of post-production. Should this prove to be
inadequate for your requirements extra time can be arranged
at the agreed set rate.
11. All equipment is regularly maintained and tested for the
highest performance, however Zeus Productions N. Ireland
cannot be held responsible for the loss of coverage due to
failure of equipment. In such case our liabilities are
limited to a re-fund of all monies paid.
12. Photographs received from a client for the use of
reproduction must have the permission from the owner.
